Whilst completing a BSc degree in Sport Studies and Business Management, I learnt the true values of exercise. Believe me the benefits are almost endless. However, many people do not realise this and as a result suffer from the effects that an inactive lifestyle can bring. Problems such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension or high blood pressure, osteoporosis, insomnia, lack of energy, breathing and circulatory inhibitions, cancer, lack of flexibility or strength can all be reduced or if not avoided with an active lifestyle and well balanced diet.
