California Wow Xperience Pattaya Gym
The California WOW gym in Pattaya is just one branch of many located throughout Thailand. It is situated within "The Avenue" on the second road, just before Soi Diana. The gym has 3 floors, the ground floor contains a front reception, leading to lounge area. The changing room and toilets are also downstairs with an adjacent 15m swimming pool. The first floor is the main focus of the gym, consisting of one huge room, with an abundance of cardio-vascular machines, including treadmills, crosstrainers, rowing machines, resistance machines (including leg extension, leg curl, chest press, shoulder press, cable cross over, triceps, chin up, pull up and more) and exercise bikes. There is also a free weight area (range of dumbbells and barbells) with safety applications for back and front squats, and for the bench press, although spotting is also necessary in conforming to safe practice guidelines. As is the case for other activities such as dumbbell single arm row, overhead dumbbell press, dumb ell fly, to name a few, stretching area which includes thick mats parallel to a wall for assistance and alcove bar and seating areas offering healthy drinks and snacks.

I recently visited your gym on march 8 2010 with my father gary childs. I totally loved it!!!!! Your staff was wonderfull and i will certainally be back!!!! I was just wondering about a specific machine that is newer to the gym it is called sky walker . Do you happen to know where i could get one? I truly loved yours and i cant find it here anywhere. thank you ,julie
